The discipline committee may, if it considers it warranted by the interest of the public, the Sûreté or the cited member, order the member to comply with reasonable conditions considered by it desirable to ensure the member’s good conduct and prevent any repetition of the offence. A member who fails or refuses to comply with such conditions commits a breach of discipline.
